AI Summary
At the top of the dashboard, an AI-generated summary calls out the most important signal in the current filter/date range in plain language — for example, flagging a high volume of open exceptions, an unusually old average age, or a slow resolution rate — and points to which widget to check first.KPI cards
Average Age is measured from the time a record was first created. The aging clock freezes when a record is resolved — the frozen timestamp is used for historical average calculations.
Charts
Status distribution — all exceptions
A donut chart showing the proportion of records in each status (New, In Progress, Ready for Review, Blocked, Resolved, Rejected, Re Open, Auto Resolved), with a legend showing the count for each.Exception trend
A time-series line chart showing daily counts across three lines:- Open — records created per day that remain unresolved
- Resolved — records manually resolved or closed per day
- Auto Resolve — records the system automatically resolved per day
Exception count by metric
A table ranking the metrics generating the most exception records, with columns for the metric, its asset, source, and the user who created it, alongside an invalid/failure count. Useful for spotting which metrics are the noisiest sources of exceptions.Top stewards by open exceptions
A table showing which exception owners have the most open records and the longest average age:
Use this to identify overloaded stewards, remediation bottlenecks, or a large unassigned backlog.
Oldest unresolved exceptions
A table showing which metrics have the oldest outstanding exception records:
Sorted by age descending — metrics at the top have records that have been open the longest.
Filters
Apply filters to scope the entire dashboard to a subset of your data:
All charts and KPI cards update simultaneously when a filter is applied.
