What is the Google Chat integration?

The Google Chat integration delivers Prizm alert notifications to Google Chat spaces via webhooks, giving data teams real-time visibility into data quality issues in the collaboration platform they already use. When an alert fires in Prizm, a formatted message card is posted to the configured space — including asset name, metric, deviation, and a direct link to the Prizm alert — so teams can triage quickly without switching tools.

Use Google Chat’s threaded replies to discuss and document the investigation for each alert directly in the notification thread. This keeps the audit trail of decisions and findings attached to the alert message itself.
